A couple weeks ago we went up to Cokeville, Wyoming to visit Kelly, Mike, Kyia, and Brooklyn for the 24th of July. We had so much fun! I guess every year Elder L. Tom Perry goes back to Cokeville to spend the holiday with his wife's family. Every year he brings with him someone different, this year he brought Elder Quinton L. Cook and the pianist and a soloist from the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. We were able to listen to Elder Cook speak and listen to an amazing musical performance. While we were up visiting, we also went horse back riding and just relaxed and enjoyed everyone's company.
This past weekend, Nate and I went up to Bear Lake for Raspberry days. We had a great time up there. We got Raspberry shakes and then went and played in the lake for a little while. We went back home on Friday night and went to the Farmer's Market in Salt Lake on Saturday morning. Afterwards, we went back up to Logan and visited our friends. We went to Idaho for a couple hours where we went swimming and then late that night we canoed 1 hour out to an island in the middle of a river and camped there over night.
We have had such a fun summer so far, but with 2 weeks left, there is still much more to come!!!
